A longtime veteran of real estate marketing Richard joined the Denver Post in 1996 to help design and operate the newspaper's real estate segment of their Internet site. In 2000 He was brought in to serve as director of advertising and marketing for The Kentwood Company a luxury boutique brokerage in Denver for 11 years. He grew the marketing department there to a staff of 7, fulfilling the complete marketing needs of 106 agents in 3 offices and providing the brokerage a significant revenue source.
Forming PMR in 2007, Richard has continued to serve high-end real estate professionals responding to their comprehensive marketing needs in Denver. Recently relocating back to Tulsa to be near family (and a new granddaughter). Richard currently maintains his working relationships with existing clients in Denver and is now reaching out to some of the Tulsa brokers to present his capabilities and offer his exclusive custom productions.
