An expansive production that includes several video segments and voice-over recordings along with music beds also edited with voice-over.  I handled the complete production including directing the video segments that were shot at the home as well as the drone fly-over.  I designed and produced the entire website.  This is the beauty of a custom-made production.


A sizable companion wire-bound brochure production was made as a part of the marketing campaign.  I oversee and manage the printing.


The photography is a variety of sources and many of the architectural details used as design elements I produced.   I enhanced all the images to make them brilliant and impacting.

This website is produced with a new style Internet technology that I incorporated to help illustrate the scope of the home.  Special emphasis was placed on the ground's coverage with numerous panoramas and twilight photography coverage.  


I did the scripting and post-production on the video segment that features an overview of the grounds and the fly-over footage.  Design accents were utilized to convey the essence of the architectural features and their quality.


A 62-page companion brochure was created as a part of this home's marketing campaign.  I handled the printing, overseeing its production.

This Buell Mansion home is an extraordinary custom with an abundance of exceptional architectural features with soaring ceilings and a unique floor plan.  


I did the complete production including the photography, writing the verbiage and design and production of the 13-page website.  A companion brochure was produced in-keeping with the design theme of the website.


Upon its sale, the broker did a postcard into a segment of CHV.  I did the design and production, handled the printing, set up the target mailing list and oversaw the mailing.

I produced the video piece that highlights the drone fly-over, and created, designed, and produced the website.


A Companion 52 page wire-bound brochure production was made as a part of the marketing campaign.  We also produced, as is often the case, a special postcard that was distributed into CHV.  I handled all the list prep, purchase, printing, and mailing.


The photography was provided and I enhanced it to make it more brilliant and impacting.  See an example below.  I prefer to do the photography myself.

In the Pradera Golf Club this sprawling walk-out ranch is my photography and dusk images that were provided.   I produced an introduction video that included drone fly-over footage.  Every page has intriguing image dissolves to help enhance a buyer's understanding of the dramatic character, and each page has unique music bed to guide the emotions of the viewers.  Background treatments feature specific details of the architectural features of the home to make certain buyers understand how the home's value is greatly enhanced by the numerous qualities the builder put into the home -- which is an Award Winner!

This custom website features my photography, including the 4-legged neighbors that happen to show up as I was there shooting the home.  I produced an ESSENCE oriented intro video that provides buyers a feel for the home serving to intrigue them to see the details throughout the website's 13 total pages which include special coverage of its Timber's setting and a panorama image.

At near the top of the prices of the area, it was important to make sure buyers clearly understood the considerable features built into the home ... a Cascading Ranch.  Throughout the custom website, graphic treatments of architectural significance are used once again to assure that buyers understand the value of the one-of-a-kind features.  A 12 page brochure was used to further substantiate the home's value.

This is my photography.  There were four trips, including the dusk coverage (both exteriors and interiors).


I produced the video introduction piece and created, designed,  did the copywriting, and produced the website. 


The drone fly-over is embedded on its own page.  It was after this type of production that I began acquiring the raw footage of the fly-over so I could enhance its presentation in a specially edited video production that includes my stills.  It helps to augment a buyer's understanding of the essence of the home.

This website features my photography.  I produced the video introduction piece using selected footage of the drone fly-over footage and my sunset and dusk photography. 


Please note .... my photography is a broad ranging "character-level" coverage. My goal is to tell the story of the home's qualities and to provide design impact to my marketing productions, both Internet, and print.


I created, designed, help to write, and produced the website. 

A 12 Page formal companion brochure was included.  I designed and produced the piece along with handling its printing.  I always try to provide a complete turn-key resource, aiming to make my client's lives easier.

I created, designed, help to write, and produced the website.  


This production was completed May 11th and went live on the MLS the fly-over video segment is yet to be finished due to delays with the weather.  I am producing a video segment that highlights still exteriors of the home with footage from the drone fly-over.  Music beds have been individually selected and programmed for each area of the home to help enhance the Spanish style theme and architecture.


A special 36-page wire-bound portfolio brochure was produced and we handled its design, production and oversaw the printing.


While the photography was provided, I enhanced each image bringing it closer to the HDR style quality that I shoot when doing the coverage myself.

2 Sandy Lake Road


This marketing campaign was a complete turn-key production.  This is my photography.  I wrote the complete verbiage and created, designed,  and produced the website.  The website also includes a special presentation on the Buell Mansion community that is one of my available community presentations.


I used INSIGHTS FROM THE BROKER style verbiage with graphics to highlight verbiage that educated buyers to aspect that were known selling points and favorite features of the homrowners.


As with all of my work I connect each production to the MLS and realtor.com assuring syndication is maximized to get the special Online Presentations linked on all national and International real estate searches.


An 8 Page Brochure production was made in-keeping with the design of the website.  We also produced a postcard that was distributed to the whole of CHV.  I handled the purchase and prep of the list, along with the printing and mailing.

I produced the video piece that highlights the drone fly-over, and created, designed, and produced the website.  Large, full screen image technolgy was utilized in order to accentuate the expansive view and setting.   Music was embedded on the pages to create a stately emotion, and a full screen video production technique was used on the drone fly-over that was edited from provided raw footage.  A companion

This was a long-time client of the broker and therefore was vitally important to provide them with the utmost in marketing impact for their Heritage Estates home.  


Numerous features were top-notch and the location which backs to Lone Tree's famous Bluffs Park, and the Lone Tree Golf Course.


Drone Fly-Over footage was shot, and I edited it into an introduction video to accentuate the location and setting that also includes footage that was shot of hikers and bicyclists on the path.  Additionally, panoramas were shot and featured on their page of the website to show dramatic views of the home's setting and vistas.  


The custom website is 16 total pages.  At the closing, the buyers of this home, a couple from California, said they fell in love with the house from the website and looked at it numerous times.

This client came to the broker team specifically due to the unique marketing that they provide their listings.  The sellers had high expectations and were specific in their requests for elements of marketing that they wanted to be done.  I helped prepare a strategic marketing plan set to the calendar illustrating the efforts planned and when each would occur.  


We set about to knock their socks off with a most dramatic custom website the clearly accentuated the selling points of their home.


The website features our INSIGHTS FROM THE BROKERS style verbiage points to draw attention to as well as educating buyers to the sales points.  I employed scrolling PANORAMAS I shot to accentuate the inspiring vistas of both the mountains and the open space to which the home backs.  


The campaign was launched with all the marketing in place, including the distribution of a postcard announcing the listings to the area around, approximately 500 quantity.  The home sold within 35 days.

8 Sunset Drive


This project includes the scripting and production of the Fly-Over video segment.  While the photography was furnished, I worked to enhance the images accentuating contrast and color corrections.


I produced numerous architectural detail graphics from the existing photography to truly present the essence of the expansive Cherry Hills Village estate.  I designed and produced the complete CUSTOM website production, including programming the image dissolves found throughout the marketing presentation.


As a part of the complete marketing campaign a 70-page wire-bound portfolio booklet reserved for qualified prospective buyers.  The website, as with all our CUSTOM sites was linked at the virtual tour on the MLS and thereby syndicated throughout the world via national and international real estate searches.

Amazing vistas and a picturesque setting are two of the vital selling points of this home.  Those are topped by the architectural significance that the home's design possesses.  


I did all the photography and enhanced the images to maximize color tones and contrast impact.  I did several CHARACTER IMAGES of the details that were designed and crafted into the home.  The CUSTOM website is 13 total pages and concentrates on assuring that prospective buyers viewing the site clearly see the very special aspects of this home.


I also wrote the copy with the guidance of the broker and a 4-page formal brochure was also produced.
